Our friends the Childers had a beautiful baby girl on Tuesday. I had picked the black and white fabric for the quilt as they are a hip contemporary couple. I decided that depending on the gender of the baby, the "sparkle" border would be either hot pink or blue. Well, when I found out the baby was a girl, I decided it really needed a red border. Then I found out her name is Ruby, that made it even more perfect. Anyway, congrats Sarah and Wes, Ruby is perfect. I hope you get lots of snuggle time with Ruby and her quilt.
It really IS perfect! Thank you thank you!
