This is the first quilt that Debbie and I quilted on the HQ. We really had no idea what we were doing, but knew that we needed to quilt a quilt. This was Debbie's and it was just going to be h on her bed. So, we quilted it. We were white knuckled while we were quilting, and we quilted the snot out of it. I think that we used 10 bobbins....anyway, Debbie brought it down so I could look at it, because I really like it and wanted to check out the pattern she used because I knew it was different than the one in the book that I have. Well, it is lovely and several people offered to take it off her hands...but, she managed to make it back to Woodstock with it. It inspired me to keep going making lots of double pinwheel blocks....16 down hundreds to go.

Yes, it is safely back on my bed! Keep plugging away and you'll be really happy in the end. Thanks for a fun 2 days. I have lots of sewing I need (WANT) to do. Libby is anxious for me to quilt Aunt Kathy's quilt and loves the pantograph.
